La Mandorle Almond Milk is made with an impressive 6% defatted almonds equivalent to 12% whole almonds. Harvested from Sicily and Spain in a protected ecosystem, nuts are blanched and partly-defatted making it super low in saturated fatty acids. Has an ideal pH of 8 and is enriched with protein, calcium, magnesium, and alkaline electrolytes. Almost zero sugar and sodium.
